Our Standard Policy
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once files/access links have been delivered or opened.
However, we want you satisfied. We offer a good-faith resolution window of 7 days for specific cases listed below. You must contact us at support@thriveroutine.in within 7 days of purchase.
Eligible Cases (within 7 days)
- Accidental duplicate purchase (same product bought more than once).
- Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve after troubleshooting.
- Incorrect product delivered (e.g., wrong file/link) and not rectified within a reasonable time.
Not Eligible
- Change of mind after download/access.
- Expectation mismatch when product matches the sales description and demo materials.
- Inability to achieve personal results—our content is guidance; results vary by individual effort.
How to Request
- Email subject: “Refund Request – Order #_____”.
- Include purchase email, order ID, product name, and brief reason (with screenshots if technical).
- We typically respond within 2 business days and resolve within 7 business days.
Cancellations
For one-time purchases, cancellation does not apply after delivery. For any subscription add-ons (if offered), you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and denial of future access.
